Isla is a blend of 100 % Arabica coffee beans from Central America, Brazil and Ethiopia. We buy green beans from the same suppliers to have consistency of taste.

Only fresh roast

We don’t have stock of packed coffee. It’s packed a few days after being roasted. Thus, we guarantee excellent freshness of ISLA.

Selection of beans

Arabica coffee beans used in our blend are carefully selected and optically checked.

The optical check of defects is very important, as it allows to detect all the defected beans which have a negative effect on coffee taste.

Fresh roasting

Roasting is one of the most important steps in coffee processing, as it enables to reveal all the aromatic and flavour properties of coffee beans.

There are different roasting methods, and all of them have their different effects on coffee taste. We use “slow roast” method that reveals the most of the beans.
